Privacy & Terms

We collect the information needed to create an account, prepare your order, contact you about it, and deliver it when delivery is selected. This can include your name, email address, phone number, saved address, order contents, order status, payment method, and payment status.

Card payments are handled through Stripe. FryMenu does not store your full card number or card security code.

We use Firebase to support account sign-in, saved profile details, cart/order records, and live order tracking. Your browser may also store cart and recent-order details locally.

We use your information only for restaurant operations, customer support, security, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal or tax obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.

Menu items, prices, and availability can change. Dish of the day items are only orderable on the days shown in the menu.

Prices shown on the site include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees, if any, are shown before order confirmation.

Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Busy kitchen periods, traffic, weather, or address issues can affect timing.

Please check allergen or ingredient questions with staff before ordering. Kitchen environments can involve shared preparation areas.
